INSTRUCTION OF THE AGENT
 Having received your instructions to act for you, we will confirm this in writing. As we believe that you should be happy with the Agent you appoint we will not ask you to sign a complicated contract. We will prepare a simply letter of instruction which will be based on our agreed terms of business which will just require your signature.

 

PROPERTY DETAILS
 We will then prepare full sales details of your property. Bearing in mind the importance of presentation, we will ensure that your sales details highlight the vitally important aspects of your property and with the aid of digital photography and floor plans ensure that your home is shown to its best possible advantage.

 

MARKETING YOUR PROPERTY
 Once the Property Details have been approved by you, the marketing of your property can commence. At any one time we have numerous applicants registered looking to buy. These applicants will be contacted immediately by TELEPHONE - the property will be explained to them, EMAIL – they will be sent full details including photographs and a floor plan and POST – a hard copy of the full details will be sent out.
