I chose Angela at Heywoods Estate Agents as friends in the Belsize area had recommended her. I was extremely glad they did. Angela's professional and efficient approach to my apartment sale, from marketing right through to completion allowed for a straightforward and stress free transaction. Angela's tenacity in moving the sale process along resulted in a short completion time. Angela's local market knowledge and negotiating skills ensured she achieved the highest sale price, which of course, I was delighted with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Angela and Heywoods.

Angela at Heywoods is a fount of Belsize Park property knowledge. I engaged Angela as a buyer a few years ago. She found the right property in the right location at the right price. I was delighted. Recently she introduced me to another property which I have subsequently bought. Angela provided careful advice and ensured the purchase chain held together. She provided regular updates, recommended builders and decorators and was at the front door on completion day to let me in. I am not sure you will encounter a better agent.

I lived in Belsize Park for many years and when I decided to sell my flat there was no question of my doing so with anybody else other than Heywoods. Within a week of instructing Angela she had a list of potential buyers and I accepted an offer 2 weeks later. I have had rental property with Heywoods in Belsize Park for the past 13 years. I simply cannot say enough good things about them. Jon and Angela make sure all my needs are taken care of, promptly, and they helped me hugely when I was purchasing my flat. Amy is wonderfully efficient with letting me know what I need to do when a potential tenant is identified, and with regard to the signing of rental agreements etc. Their overall service is very well-tuned to my individual needs -- and I know this is true for their work with all their other clients.
