I used Heywood’s to acquire my apartment 4 years ago and was so impressed with Angela’s market knowledge and professional attitude that when the time came to sell my flat I decided to appoint her. She was very committed and reliable and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I can’t praise Angela and Jon enough for their massive help during the last few days before the sale. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy and (no corporate) brokers with a strong human touch, look no further! ;)

I can't speak too highly of my experience with Heywoods and their help in selling a late relative's property. Jon and Angela were always quick to respond to any communication or query, and were proactive and professional in spotting and resolving difficulties. They were also unfailingly pleasant and friendly - I can honestly say I don't think I've ever had such a good customer experience in any area or profession. They helped me get a good sale price whilst remaining scrupulously ethical. I would choose their services again in a heartbeat.

We recently bought a property for which Heywoods (Angela) were the agents. We only have positive things to say about the experience, with a huge thanks to Angela! We believe Angela handled the process really well, including advising us on how to best iron out issues that stood in the way of completion. Chris was extremely helpful in finding us a property, but the right one for us.
