I recently purchased a delightful mews flat via Heywoods. The excellent customer care I received from Angela was second to none. She was in touch with me almost on a daily basis via email, text and telephone. The individual attention I received was equivalent to someone who was purchasing a multimillion pound mansion. This despite several delays in the legal process. She equally has an excellent relationship with the freeholder. Friendly, approachable and efficient with a sense of humour who is adaptable to any circumstance. Highly recommended
