Heywoods managed the letting of my house in Belsize Park for several years and did a very good job - so when the time came to sell the property, they were the obvious choice of agent. Jon, Angela and Darren know the local area very well and were able to give clear advice about pricing and potential client interest at the outset. They handled the marketing very well with great photos and 3Dwalkthrough views. Unfortunately the market conditions were really tricky, but throughout, the team gave clear guidance and worked extremely hard to find a buyer. Angela and Darren were very efficient and communicated well at all times- they gave regular updates about viewings and provided immediate and valuable feedback from clients.Jon provided invaluable support with getting the deal done and sorting out all the necessary paperwork. A really excellent team to work with, I would strongly recommend them.
