Darren Joel helped us buy a Belsize Park property. He was not pushy like most sales persons are prone to do. Instead he advised us to get to know the neighbourhood first before making a decision. Meanwhile, he showed us many times the property that we eventually bought. He helped us find a surveyor to assess the property. He introduced us to a solicitor for conveyancing. He helped us find a company to rebuff the floor and clean the property before we moved in. He entertained, with good humour, our numerous requests for help before and after completion. Heywoods managed the letting of my house in Belsize Park for several years and did a very good job - so when the time came to sell the property, they were the obvious choice of agent. Unfortunately the market conditions were really tricky, but throughout, the team gave clear guidance and worked extremely hard to find a buyer.
